The Website is intended solely for informational purposes and for submitting enquiries related to boat rental.

By submitting an enquiry through the contact form:

• no booking is made
• no contractual obligation arises
• a booking is only confirmed upon direct written confirmation from the owner

Boat rental conditions

Boat rentals are subject to the following conditions:

• the user must be of legal age
• a valid licence is required to operate the vessel independently, in accordance with Croatian law
• if the user does not hold a valid licence, rental is only available with a skipper

The user assumes full responsibility for:

• operating the vessel
• complying with applicable laws and regulations
• the safety of all persons on board

Liability

The user is liable for:

• any damage to the vessel during the rental period
• late return of the vessel
• failure to comply with the agreed terms

BON APETIT j.d.o.o. accepts no responsibility for:

• injury to the user or third parties
• loss or damage to personal belongings
• incidents caused by the negligence of the user

Boat rental is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.

Weather conditions

In the event of unfavourable weather conditions:

• the rental may be rescheduled to another date (subject to availability)
• a refund of payments made may be arranged (where applicable)

The final decision is made by mutual agreement between the user and the service provider.

Accuracy of information

We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information on the Website, but we do not guarantee:

• complete accuracy
• up-to-date information
• availability of all listed services

We reserve the right to amend the content without prior notice.
